MB NURSERY & LANDSCAPE SUPPLY POLICIES

MB Nursery & Landscape Supply is not open to the general public. We are a wholesale nursery catering to those in the landscape and/or construction trades.

Reseller Permits are required for purchasing materials at our nursery.

• ALL sales are final for plant material or bulk products (soil, rock, topsoil).

 

• ALL returns on hardscape products (full and partial pallets of block or pavers) must be made within 30 days of purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

 

• ALL sales are final on landscape materials (tree stakes, burlap, fabric, etc.), unless a full unit was purchased and returned in good condition within 30 days.

The condition of all items returned will be inspected prior to acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that appear damaged or tampered with.

We deliver within 25 miles of our nursery.

Customers must provide their own equipment and labor for offloading materials within the allotted timeframe.

Please call the office at 253-395-1180 for delivery rates. Additional fees may be incurred due to time and labor costs. Deliveries may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
 

We require at least 48 hours-notice (business hours) to schedule your delivery. We will do our best to make sure materials are delivered at a time that works for you. Delivery slots are based on availability, especially during busy seasons. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the order upon delivery. They must contact the office or driver immediately to notify us about errors or issues.

All sales and deliveries are final and non-refundable. Please verify the quantities of material you need before purchasing and delivery, as MB cannot guarantee the amount needed for your specific job. MB is not responsible for replacing or refunding any shortages or overages of material that was ordered. If additional product is needed, a new order and fee for delivery will need to be placed.

MB Nursery & Landscape Supply, LLC. does not assume responsibility and is not liable for any damages to the property during delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility and agrees to the policies when purchasing delivery service.

*Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
 

Per current King County guidelines: as of 8/23/21, masks will be required indoors regardless of vaccination status. We have masks available if you forget yours.

If outdoors, you must continue to stay at least 6-ft apart from others but masks are not required.
